Shkodër, Shqipëri | Z. Gazmend Bujaj, me moshë 48 vjeç, banues në fshatin Selcë, Malësi e Madhe, gjatë drejtimit të automjetit, përplasi z. Simon Vuktilaj, me moshë 41 vjeç, i cili, po qarkullonte me biçikletë.
Aksidenti automobilistik ngjau sonte rreth orës 20:55.
Drejtuesi i automjetit e dërgoi viktimën në spital, dhe iu dorëzua policisë vendore.
